At Odd Fellow, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that every vintage piece is unique and one of a kind. That’s why we offer a 7-day exchange policy for in-store credit to ensure you have a positive experience with every purchase.

Our policy is designed to give you peace of mind while preserving the integrity of our curated collection. If you’d like to exchange an item, we’re happy to offer in-store credit, provided the item is returned in its original condition—unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Contact Us – Email us at help@oddfellowla.com within 7 days of receiving your order to start the exchange process.

Condition Check – Make sure the item is in original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging.

Return Authorization – Once we’ve confirmed your item is eligible, we’ll provide instructions on how to return it.

Receive In-Store Credit – After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue in-store credit for the item’s value, which you can use toward any future purchase.

Please note:

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are for in-store credit only.

All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

All Art + Oddities as well as items marked as final sale or discounted are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. Odd Fellow reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. Shipping time may vary due to the availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.

Expedited shipping can be selected at checkout. Please be aware that shipments may not go out same day.

Odd Fellow is not responsible for customs fees on international packages.

Domestic:

All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery usually occurs 3-5 business days from shipping.

International:

Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout. The customer is responsible for all local duties and fees. Odd Fellow is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting your local post office.
